David’s career has encompassed practising world-class sales and marketing management at Procter & Gamble, providing strategic consulting to a wide Canadian leader of a large automotive consumer business. David later became a partner and coowner of a boutique search firm, and helped grow that firm into one of the top 10 search firms in Canada. His firm was acquired by TMP Worldwide (the parent company of Monster.com) where David then took on new leadership roles in what evolved into a public company known as the Hudson Highland Group, where he served as the North American Vice President responsible for Human Capital Services and Products. In 2004, David founded his own boutique search firm, SKR Partners, and has since been delivering executive search services to a variety of Fortune 500 clients.
