Roman studied Business Economics, Marketing and Business Management and gained a degree in Marketing Management, following his vocational training in Electronics. From 1984 to 2002 he held various national and international management positions in the Computer, Systems and Medical Business at Hewlett Packard. From 2002 to 2006 he was in charge of over 20 subsidiaries as Vice President – ‘Area Manager Switzerland, CEE and Turkey’ at Computer Associates (CA). Roman joined our company in 2006 as Principal and strengthens our capabilities of filling management positions in the Information Technology, Telecommunication, Financial Services and Medical Technology sectors. For quite some time now Roman has been giving close attention to issues concerning Corporate Governance and the ever-increasing demands that board members are facing nowadays. He is well-versed in searching for board members and in assembling complementary boards of directors. He has been the majority shareholder of Roy C. Hitchman AG since 2015.

After his career in marketing and PR with Swissair in New York, further management positions in the tourism industry and several years as an independent insurance consultant, Sandro Rüegger went into the media business in 1998, holding various executive functions with well-known media enterprises, such as Jean Frey AG (today: Axel Springer Switzerland AG) and Tamedia AG. Being regularly involved in specifically team-related restructuring tasks, he also built up business divisions, managed group-wide key account units and held training functions. As a member of the Jean Frey AG Management Board, he made substantial contributions to the successful turnaround of the group. In his last career step he held the position of Managing Director of Weltwoche Verlags AG. Sandro Rüegger was a member of various expert boards within the Swiss Media Association, and during 10 years he was a specialized expert at the federal diploma examinations for marketing and communications. In our company, Sandro Rüegger focuses on the media/communications, transport, leisure and tourism, retail and service sectors, among others.

Claudia Nussberger looks back on 20 years of management experience in sales and management positions in the IT and telecommunications industry. Stations of her career were companies such as T-Systems International, Swisscom and Alcatel Lucent Switzerland, before she joined an international publicly listed executive search firm, where she established the Global Technology & Services Practices, as well as the CEO & Board Practice. Today, the focus of her consulting activities is on the management area of ICT companies (Information and Communication Technology), in the airline industry, in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and in Professional Services. Moreover, the search for and selection of board members for private and publicly listed companies is one of her core competencies.

Arnold Marty has more than 20 years’ experience as a member of management and CEO at national and international companies. Thanks to his in-depth experience in the IT, building services, renewable energies, retail and wholesale, and automotive industries he is able to offer his clients enormous added value.
Whenever there is a challenging search assignment for board positions, members of management or other key positions, Arnold Marty is able to draw on his operational and strategic management experience. He understands the challenges that CEOs face when key positions need to be filled, as well as the desire to add new core competencies to the board of directors.
He gained his extensive knowledge of the IT sector at two global technology companies, where he served as the Managing Director for Switzerland and Europe. Thanks to his work as the manager on various mergers and acquisitions, he understands the challenges of combining mixed cultures and supporting change management processes.
Arnold Marty understands the complexity of global matrix organizations as well as the specific characteristics of family companies. He became familiar with such companies while working in the building services and automotive industries.
Currently, Arnold Marty is working intensively on Work 4.0 and the changed frameworks for people, technology, management and organization in an increasingly digital and virtual world of collaboration.
Arnold Marty studied economics at the University of Zurich and in addition to German, his native language, he also speaks English. He is currently a member of the board for a software company in the renewable energies sector.

Alexander Zinser has more than 20 years’ experience as the Chief Legal Officer and member of the Executive Management Team at multinational companies in the life sciences, FMCG, commodities and IT industries.
In this function, he recruited, established and developed legal and compliance teams. He regularly provided support on complex restructuring and transformation processes as well as M&A transactions with a volume of up to CHF 5 billion. He began his career at a renowned law firm. He is passionate about supporting companies to make more differentiated decisions in complex situations about top talents.
Alexander Zinser has worked in Germany, Hong Kong and Luxembourg, and lately for more than 15 years in Switzerland. He has an extensive national and international network, including as the longtime President of the IMD Alumni Club Zurich and the founder of the General Counsel Forum Switzerland.
Alexander Zinser studied law at the Universities of Passau, Birmingham, Strasbourg, Vienna and Munich, obtained a doctorate degree with a dissertation on takeover bids. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and has passed the bar examinations in both Germany and Switzerland.
