With a Political Science University Degree and a MBA at Henley Management College, Marco is the founding partner of Open and has a solid international HR experience built in multinational environments both in Italy and Europe. 

Before conveying his consultancy interests into the foundation of Open, Marco was HR Director South Europe with Cadbury Schweppes and Dun&Bradstreet, and held senior HR positions at Motorola, Diageo e Coca-Cola both in Milan and London. 

Marco has successfully recruited talented individuals into senior positions in Consumer, Financial Services, Industrial, Technology & Communication, Pharma, Professional Services in Italy and in mainland Europe.

Working at Board level, he regularly supports a range of blue chip, international businesses in their Change Management, Leadership Development and Intrapreneurship programmes.

And is passionate for the wine world and a crime stories writer.

An extensive International career as Human Resources Leader of global companies in the durable businesses has given Federico unique opportunities to select, integrate and develop leaders in complex organizations in Europe, Americas and Asia. Besides Italy, Federico has lived and worked in the US and Japan. More recently at Open Executive Search & Selection he has successfully taken up the challenge as head hunter attracting and finalizing various projects for leadership roles in B2B as well as B2C markets.

Amanda Sarego is a Senior Client Partner at Open Executive Search & Selection, based in Milan, Italy since 2009. With more than 20 years recruitment experience in middle and top management assignments, Amanda has a solid track record of national and cross-border projects within the FMCG, Luxury, Manufacturing, and Medical Devices sectors. Prior to joining Open Executive Search & Selection, Amanda spent 9+ years with Heidrick & Struggles a premier provider of senior-level Executive Search and Leadership Consulting services, supporting FMCG, Luxury, Professional Services, and Automotive clients. She started her search career with Antal International, a UK recruitment company, based in London and Milan, focusing on business development and assignment management for major multinationals headquartered in Italy. 

Amanda Sarego holds a Master’s degree in Foreign Languages from the University of Studies, in Padua. She is fluent in English and French and can communicate in Russian.

With a classical high school diploma and a University Degree in Political Science at the University of Milan, Beatrice joins n Open Executive Search&Selection in 2021, after a twenty years long career in Head Hunting.

With an in-depth knowledge of Human Resources, Beatrice follows all Industries as a generalist, placing both customers’ and clients’ needs at the center of her work: today, more and more, the market requires flexibility and quick response times which, combined with competence and transparency, represent the key to the success of the professional assignment.And Beatrice embraces this requirements 100%.

When she’s not busy looking after customers, Beatrice loves spending her free time with her family and reaching her beloved mountain, both in summer and in winter.
