Peter has worked with executive search since 1991.
Before founding Headlight International he worked at Korn/Ferry International and Nicholson International. Peter has worked with senior executive recruitments in most sectors, but mainly for clients within the IT, FMCG and manufacturing industries.

Claes Heurlin joined Headlight International in January 2015, after working as an independent management consultant with various retail companies in Europe, China and Russia.
Claes has a background in the fashion and retail industry. His solid experience as a line manager include assortment, purchasing, supply chain and organizational development at H&M and Retail & Brands. Within Headlight International Claes primarily focuses on consumer goods and retail related assignments.
MBA from Lund University, Sweden
Patrik Elfwing joined Headlight International in January 2020. He has over 20 years of experience in senior positions within a variety of different industries, Pharmaceuticals, Sports & Outdoor, IT and Retail.
Patrik brings extensive experience from being CEO for larger international companies as well as from Private Equity-owned enterprises. He is today at the Board of Directors in The Swedish Orienteering Association.
Titti Bille Lundgren
Titti Bille Lundgren joined Headlight International in the beginning of 2020 based at the company’s Gothenburg office. She has worked with C-level and board recruitment for clients in various industries since 2013. With a background in marketing and sales, she has also run her own company in organizational development and supported leaders and management groups at both private and listed companies.
Titti brings with her extensive experience together with training and knowledge in behavioral science, tools and methods for leaders, management groups and boards.
Pernilla Siewertz has extensive experience of C-level, HR leadership in companies spanning retail, consumer goods, media and logistics. She has supported growth companies, such as Aditro (grew from 200 to over 5,000 employees in just a few years), worked in publicly listed companies, such as MQ and Essity, and helped entrepreneurial ventures, like the Stampen Media Partner group. A large portion of her professional life has been devoted to leadership recruitment and supporting business development initiatives, as well as working closely with Boards, CEOs and senior management teams on organisational design issues.
Pernilla has a Master’s degree in psychology and an Executive MBA from Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law, Sweden.
