Chye Lian is the founder of Executive Talent International, a leading regional executive search firm based in Singapore. In the last two decades, she has sat on the Boards of global search organizations, the most recent as the Global Chair of a top 10 retained search partnership.

Chye Lian has more than 20 years of executive search and corporate senior executive experience, based in Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney, Australia.

She collaborates with world class business and human resources leaders to place CEOs, Board Directors and senior functional executives across diverse sectors, including Industrial, Life Sciences, Technology & Media, Energy, Consumer and Financial Services. Her mandates often require searching for the best talents in the region and globally.

Chye Lian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Singapore and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the George Washington University. She has been actively involved in Higher Education, in examination assessment and skills development of the teaching professionals. She is accredited in a range of assessment instruments for professional and organizational development.

Lim Mei Dee has accumulated significant years of experience across a wide range of industries including Airline, Energy, Telecommunications, Electronics and High Tech.

Mei Dee has lived and worked in Singapore, Indonesia and the United States, interacting with all levels of management in an array of roles including Executive Search, Sales and Marketing, Business Consulting, Systems Integration, and Outsourcing & Infrastructure Delivery. Her broad and diverse experience provides additional breadth and insight to the consulting team, while her in-depth technical and functional skills allow her to play a key role in identifying, attracting and retaining high performing resources.

Mei Dee holds an Honours degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University. Her passionate commitment to improving the quality of lives of children, adolescents and adults through continuous learning has motivated her to pursue and graduate with a Master’s degree in Applied Education Psychology at the Columbia University, USA. Mei Dee is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
