Dorota has been working in executive recruitment since the early ‘90s. She started with Ward Howell International, a global consultancy, which she introduced to the Polish market. She was appointed Management Board Member running their Polish operations. Dorota subsequently joined Korn/Ferry International, becoming their first General Manager for Poland.
In 1997 she established dk Executive Search, part of the newly created dk Group. She is actively involved in dk Group’s development, being President of the Board of both dk Executive Search and dk Human Resources. She is also driving the development of online HR applications and is managing the execution of key recruitment projects for senior leadership positions.
Dorota holds an MA in Law from Warsaw University.

Marta manages all the operations of dk Executive Search, where she has been working since 2000. She is also responsible for the execution of recruitment projects for clients across many sectors – in particular: technology, FMCG and distribution. She handles assignments to find leadership talent – CEOs and GMs, Sales Directors, Marketing Directors and HR Directors. In close cooperation with dk Human Resources, Marta also participates in Assessment & Development Centres and coaching programmes; she also conducts workshops for Outplacement projects.
Marta holds an MA in Psychology from Warsaw University.

Agnieszka Podsiadlik started her executive recruitment career in the ‘90s with Korn/Ferry International. She helped to introduce the company to the Polish market and managed the Selection and Research Department.
In 1998 Agnieszka joined dk Group and took leadership responsibility for the advertised recruitment business. In 2016 she became Partner and Head of Construction and Engineering Practice of dk Executive Search. She recruits for both international and large Polish companies in several industries. Agnieszka has also extensive experience in designing and managing Assessment / Development Centre processes.
Agnieszka holds an MSc in Economy from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
